Details of Disappearance Conde was last seen in a silver 2002 Cadillac Seville with Michael A. Conley in Vancouver, Washington on February 22, 2018. She has never been heard from again. The vehicle was found in Skamania County, Washington on March 8. It was off the road, stuck in deep snow with a flat tire.
Conley's remains three miles from the abandoned car. There was no evidence of trauma to the remains; police said it appeared as if he had tried to walk to get help after his vehicle became disabled, but may have succumbed to exposure. There was no sign of Conde at the scene, and she was not listed as missing at the time; her mother reported her missing on March 11, two days after Conley's body was found.
Conde had a troubled history and was involved in prostitution prior to her disappearance. It's not uncharacteristic of her to drop out of sight for a couple of weeks at a time, but she's never been gone for this long. She left behind four children, one of whom was only an infant when she went missing. The circumstances of her case are unclear and her disappearance remains unsolved.
