Details of Disappearance Cierra disappeared from Denison, Texas on May 30, 2017. By the time of her disappearance, she had been in foster care for over four years, staying in multiple homes. She and her older sister lived with the same foster mother, Kristina Ann Oliveri, at the time of her disappearance.
Earlier, Cierra's sister had attacked Oliveri and broken her elbow, and Oliveri had the girl sent to juvenile detention for it. Cierra was upset about this and said she wanted to go for a walk to cool off. Oliveri only gave her permission to walk up and down the street in front of the house, not to go anywhere else, but she saw Cierra getting into a car and leaving. She never returned.
Authorities believe Cierra, who is still a ward of the state of Texas, may be in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Oliveri said Cierra's older sister has told her Cierra is safe, but won't disclose her whereabouts. Oliveri believes she may be with her biological mother. Her disappearance remains unsolved and she is classified as a runaway.
