Details of Disappearance Latta was last seen in Chickamauga, Georgia on September 8, 2017. She was at her mother's home in the 6000 block of south Highway 341, when, at 7:00 p.m., her mother left to go to a football game. When she returned, her daughter was gone.
Sometime between September 10 and September 14, Latta spoke to her mother on the phone. She said she was okay, but didn't have any food, clothes or money. She didn't say where she was, but said she had business to take care of and would see her at home the next day. She has never been heard from again. She wasn't reported missing until December 7.
Latta didn't have a cellular phone, bank account or vehicle at the time of her disappearance. At the time she reported her missing, her mother thought she might have been hiding to avoid arrest for probation violation. However, the warrant wasn't issued until November 2017, two months after her disappearance. Latta's mother stated she always called at least weekly, even while incarcerated Her case remains unsolved.
