Missing Since: November 9, 2008 from Pocatello, Idaho Classification: Endangered Missing Date Of Birth: May 12, 1940 Age: 68 years old Height and Weight: 5'8 - 6'0, 185- 200 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian male. Sandy brown hair, brown eyes. Barrett's hair was shoulder-length when he went missing. Medical Conditions: Barrett is a diabetic and was in poor health at the time of his disappearance.
Details of Disappearance
Barrett was last seen in Pocatello, Idaho on the night of November 9, 2008. He has never been heard from again. He left his his two dogs behind at home, which is uncharacteristic of him. Barrett may be driving a green Dodge Caravan.In May 2009, Randall Toone was arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada on credit card fraud charges out of Idaho. Toone, a longtime friend of Barrett's, had been using Barrett's debit card; he charged less than $20. He said he had permission to use the card, but he later pleaded guilty to one count of fraudulent use of a financial transaction card. Authorities haven't named him as a suspect in Barrett's disappearance, but he was the last person to see Barrett before he went missing.
Some agencies report Barrett disappeared on November 4 or 5.
