Cesar disappeared with his sisters, Ana and Anilu, from Los Angeles, California on January 11, 2011. Authorities believe they were abducted by their non-custodial father, Cesar Bibiano Sr., and their non-custodial mother. A photograph and vital statistics for Cesar Sr. are posted below this case summary; photographs and information for the children's mother are unavailable. There is a felony warrant out for Cesar Sr.'s arrest. The family may be in Mexico. Ana, Anilu and Cesar's whereabouts are unknown and their cases remain unsolved.
