    Details of Disappearance

Boisa was last seen in Santa Cruz County, California on May 12, 2015. Her sister reported her missing on May 27. On June 3, Boisa's red 2003 Mazda pickup truck with the California license plate number 7H76510 was found at Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park in Big Sur. It was parked at the turnout for McWay Falls, which allows access to the beach, and witnesses said it had been there for about a week. The keys were inside the truck. An extensive search of the area turned up no indication of Boisa's whereabouts; she has never been heard from again.

Boisa worked as a counselor at the time of her disappearance. She enjoys surfing. Authorities stated they don't believe foul play was involved in her case and they don't believe she went on a hike or got lost in the woods either. In the summer of 2015, Boisa's loved ones held a memorial service for her. Her case remains unsolved.
