Brown hair, brown eyes. Julian may use the first name Juliana (sometimes spelled "Julianna.") She has pierced ears, a scar on top of her right foot and a tattoo of stars on her chest. Medical Conditions: Julian suffers from bipolar disorder and requires medication to control her condition.
Details of Disappearance
Julian disappeared from Fort Myers, Florida on November 29, 2009. Authorities believe she left of her own accord. Julian may be in New York, where she had previously lived with her grandparents. She has a history of running away from home. Few details are available in her case.
