  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Light brown hair, green eyes. Lockard's tongue, bottom lip and navel are pierced. She has three tattoos: the cartoon character Tigger on the back of her right shoulder, the name "Brooklyn" on her right ankle and a butterfly on her right breast.
  • Clothing/Jewelry Description: A t-shirt, black sweatpants, sneakers and a ring.
  • Medical Conditions: Lockard was suicidal at the time of her disappearance.

    Details of Disappearance

    Lockard was last seen at her father's home on Nosben Fork in Turkey Creek, Kentucky on June 24, 2009. She and her boyfriend were on the front porch. They had been arguing and she was upset. He went inside at 11:00 a.m. and when he came out, she was gone. He reported her missing at 1:30 p.m. Lockard's last cellular phone call was made at 1:00 p.m. She has never been heard from again. Although foul play isn't suspected in her disappearance, her family stated she would not have abandoned her two sons. Her case remains unsolved.
