    Details of Disappearance

Logan was last seen at approximately 1:30 a.m. on September 15, 1999 in Washington, D.C. She was inside her apartment in the 4400 block of south Capitol Street southwest at the time. She vanished from her residence and has never been heard from again. When Logan's family couldn't get in touch with her, they asked the apartment management to check on her. They found Logan's infant son alone, strapped in his car seat on the bed; he'd evidently been alone for hours. The apartment was in disarray, and there were indications that a struggle had taken place.

One of Logan's neighbors, a suspected drug dealer, was murdered just hours before Logan went missing. Authorities theorize she may have witnessed the homicide and this was related to her disappearance. Her family speculated Logan was a drug informant for the FBI and was put into protective custody, but the FBI says they have no knowledge of her case.

Although Logan had problems with drugs, her family doesn't believe she would have ever walked out of her life or abandoned her child. Her case remains unsolved and foul play is suspected.
