    Details of Disappearance

William and his sister Margaret were last seen in Phoenix, Arizona on October 22, 1994. They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Isabel Felix Leon. A photograph and vital statistics for Leon are posted below this case summary. She took them to Mexico, in violation of a court order which said Margaret and William could not be removed from the country without the consent of both parents.

A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for Isabel on August 29, 1995, almost a year after she abducted William and Margaret. She and the children are thought to be still in Mexico. Margaret and William's cases remain unsolved.
