    Details of Disappearance

Seaton was last seen at Harlan's Grocery Store in Navasota, Texas on December 23, 1997. He has never been heard from again.

Seaton was raised in Washington, Texas, and moved back to the town after he retired from his career as a schoolteacher. He lived alone and kept to himself, frequently visited Brown's Tavern, and occasionally hitchhiked to Navasota, six miles away, to do laundry and buy things. On the day of his disappearance, he got a rode to Navasota, bought groceries at the store and was last seen getting into a car with an unidentified man. Authorities later found his wallet and cash at his home.

Seaton was declared legally dead in 2005. He was married and has three children. Little information is available in his case; the circumstances of his disappearance are unclear.
