    Details of Disappearance

Smith was last seen walking in the 500 Block of west Main Street in Charlottesville, Virginia at 6:30 p.m. on November 20, 2012. He had contacted Erik Tyquan McFadden, and they made plans to meet near the Amtrak station. McFadden told police Smith never showed up for the meeting. Smith has never been heard from again. His family reported him missing after he missed Thanksgiving dinner two days later. Since his disappearance his cellular phone has been turned off, which is unusual for him.

A photo of McFadden is posted below this case summary. He left town shortly after Smith's disappearance and the police are seeking him for questioning. Authorities aren't sure what sort of relationship the two men had. McFadden attended Lincoln University and lived in Charlottesville, Virginia at the time of his disappearance; he had previously lived in in Joppatowne, Maryland. He enjoys running and he may wear his hair cut short.

Smith is a 2011 graduate of Charlottesville High School. He lived with roommates in an apartment on Harris Street. His case remains unsolved.
