Details of Disappearance
Spencer boarded the 3:45 p.m. from St. Thomas to St. Croix in the Virgin Islands on April 3, 2011. She was last seen en route, sometime before the ferry docketat Gallows Bay, St. Croix. She has never been heard from again. She frequented the areas of Christiansted and Gallows Bay in St. Croix at the time of her disappearance. Few details are available in her case.
