  • Distinguishing Characteristics: African-American male. Brown hair, brown eyes. Williams has multiple tattoos, including the initials "E.T.G." on his back, two clowns on his right arm, the words "Hamster" and "Ham" across his chest, and a teardrop under his left eye.
  • Clothing/Jewelry Description: A yellow and white football jersey and blue jeans shorts.

    Details of Disappearance

    Williams was last seen in North Las Vegas, Nevada on September 2, 2004. He has never been heard from again. He was reported missing on September 4. In the days after his disappearance, several informants told police that he had been murdered, but authorities have not been able to find his remains or evidence of a crime scene.

    Investigators would like to question Corey and Natasha Wiggins in connection with Williams's case; they are believed to be among the last people to see him the day he vanished. They have lived on the 1900 block of east Tropicana Avenue in Las Vegas. They are not being called suspects in Williams's disappearance, which remains unsolved. Foul play is suspected in his case.
