The Charley Project can only be as accurate as its sources, most of which are online ones. All sources are listed at the bottom of each casefile; they include mainly law enforcement websites and media reports. Although I try my very best to be as accurate as possible, I usually have no way of fact-checking and have to depend on others to tell the truth to me. Unfortunately, even many law enforcement websites contain inaccuracies and outright falsehoods, and newspaper and television reports are even worse in that regard.
