Sharp, 13, disappeared from Detroit, Michigan on August 1, 2008. She was classified as a runaway. Her body was found later that month in an abandoned building, but it wasn't identified until June 2012. Sharp's death was ruled a suicide; she had hanged herself.

Cruz, 39, disappeared from Phoenix, Arizona on May 2, 1997. His remains were found in Pima County, Arizona in October of that year, but not identified until 2012. His death is being investigated as a homicide.

Condon, 30, disappeared from Atlanta, Georgia on June 26, 2010. In April 2012, his remains were found near an interstate on-ramp half a mile from where he was last seen. He is believed to have died around the time he disappeared. Foul play is not suspected in his death, but the cause of death could not be determined.

Watson, 35, disappeared from Tucson, Arizona on August 20, 2000. In February 2012, her remains were found in the desert in Pima County, Arizona. Sylvester George Lopez

Lopez, 13, disappeared from Eureka, California on February 21, 1989. In September of that year, his partial skeletal remains were pulled from the Trinity River near Hoopla, California. The body was initially thought to be that of a female, and it wasn't until over a decade later that investigators determined it was a male's. DNA comparison identified the bones as Lopez's in June 2012. His death is under investigation.

Hwa, 27, disappeared on a hiking trip in Glacier National Park in Montana on August 11, 2008. In July 2011, another hiker found some of his clothing and reported it to the park rangers, who searched the site and found human bone fragments. The bones were identified as Hwa's in May 2012.

Flores, 25, disappeared from Layton, Utah on May 7, 2011. In February 2012, his body was found buried in the yard at the former home of Daniel Rivera, the man he was last seen with. The current owner was charged with obstruction of justice and stated Rivera dug the grave in her yard. Rivera is currently in custody on unrelated charges and no one has been charged in Flores's death; it remains under investigation.
