Details of Disappearance
O'Kane was last seen in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She was released from the Luzerne County Correctional Facility in Wilkes-Barre on February 11, 2015, and was last known to have been in the area sometime in March. She has never been heard from again. Her father reported her missing on September 20, 2018, three and a half years later. He has custody of her two children.
The circumstances of O'Kane's disappearance are unclear.
