Details of Disappearance

Cindy disappeared from Omaha, Nebraska on August 26, 2011. On the day of her disappearance, she went out to dinner with her family, then they went home and she went to bed. The next morning, she was gone, and so were some of the clothes she'd gotten for her unborn baby.

She left multiple notes behind; one was addressed to her brother, saying she'd be in touch when she could, and another said she was going to live with "a lady" who would take care of her. She has never been heard from again.

Cindy was a student at Bryan High School at the time of her disappearance, and about to start her sophomore year. Her family describes her as a shy, quiet teenager who rarely went out with friends. She never told them who the father of her baby was, but seemed excited about the upcoming birth of her daughter. Her case remains unsolved.
