Details of Disappearance

Plummer was last seen at approximately 8:00 p.m. on July 29, 1984 near his residence in Sudlersville, Maryland. He has never been heard from again. His guardian told authorities that Plummer wandered away from his home in the past, but he was always located nearby.

Several of Plummer's family members resided in Delaware in 1984; it is possible that he headed in that direction at the time of his disappearance. His case remains unsolved.
