Investigators believe he caused Harry's death at his home Lincoln Avenue in Endicott sometime between September 1 and October 3, 2014. He allegedly wrote a total of $2,983 in fraudulent checks on Harry's account after his death, and threatened to harm to witnesses in the case.
Shawn is awaiting trial. Harry's body has not been found, but foul play is suspected in his case due to the circumstances involved.
