Details of Disappearance

Hamm was last seen at her boyfriend's home on south Texas Highway 78 south of Leonard, Texas on February 26, 2019. She left her purse and most of her belongings behind and has never been heard from again.

Authorities believe Hamm may be in the company of Albert "Cruz" Garza, who has multiple felony warrants for his arrest. Photos of Garza are posted with this case summary. He's described as Hispanic, 5'9 and 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, with tattoos on both forearms and on his back. He was the last person known to have been with Hamm, and disappeared shortly after she did.

Although she has a felony warrant out for her arrest on drug charges, and there's no evidence of foul play in her disappearance, authorities don't believe she's trying to avoid arrest. Because of her diabetes, both police and her family are concerned for Hamm's safety. She left behind two children.

She was a resident of southern Grayson County, Texas at the time of her disappearance, and both Grayson County and Fannin County police are investigating. Her case remains unsolved.
