Details of Disappearance

DeLima was last seen leaving her residence in Danbury, Connecticut at 5:00 p.m. on October 20, 2017. She drove away in her red 2017 Honda Accord with the Connecticut license plate number AC9-8150, supposedly going to to Wal-Mart, and has never been heard from again. She left home without taking her purse, cellular phone, extra clothing or keys.

On November 7, DeLima's car was found abandoned at the Putnam Diner in Patterson, New York, about half an hour's drive from Danbury. Employees at the diner said it had been there for some time.

DeLima still has relatives in Brazil. Authorities determined she did not travel to Brazil after her disappearance and hasn't had any contact with the Brazilian consulate. The circumstances of DeLima's case are unclear and her case remains unsolved.
