Details of Disappearance

Fipps was last seen in Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 20, 2002. She was remodeling a house in the 200 block of south Phoenix Avenue. She called her mother and said her ex-boyfriend would be taking her home from work. Fipps's ex-boyfriend claims he did pick her up and dropped her off safe at her home. Her mother was waiting at home for her and she never arrived or picked up her children from day care. She has not been heard from since.

Fipps adopted a one-year-old boy prior to her disappearance, and she was in the process of adopting her three-year-old foster daughter. Her mother described her as a dedicated parent. Fipps may be driving a gray 1994 Isuzu Rodeo SUV. Foul play is suspected in her case.
