  • Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Rozario's nickname is Matt. He had long hair and a full, bushy beard at the time of his disappearance.

Details of Disappearance

Rozario was last seen in Mount Vernon, Washington at 7:45 a.m. on December 24, 2016. He had been drinking and was under the influence of drugs and stated repeatedly, "Everything is bad." While riding southbound on Interstate 5 in a vehicle driven by his father, he attempted to exit the moving vehicle.

After Rozario's father got off the freeway at the Anderson Road exit, Rozario jumped out and ran away, although his father tried to get him to get back inside the car. He was last seen in the 17000 block of Blodgett Road, traveling south.

He has never been heard from again and an extensive search of the area turned up no sign of him. Rozario's case remains unsolved.
