As a result of her health problems, Hines has difficulty walking and a weak immune system. She doesn't have her medication with her.

Details of Disappearance

Hines was last seen in San Antonio, Texas on December 14, 2017. She left her home in the 5600 block of Timber Steep on foot at approximately 3:00 a.m., leaving her phone, car, purse and medicine behind. She has never been heard from again. The circumstances of her disappearance are unclear, but she's considered to be in danger due to her state of health.
