Details of Disappearance
Crystal disappeared from Whitley City, Kentucky on October 8, 1998. In April 2009, her skeletal remains were found in the woods off Peel Dogwood Road. They were identified in July. Authorities stated Crystal died from blunt force trauma and a gunshot wound. Her homicide is under investigation.
