Details of Disappearance

Livingston disappeared from Indianapolis, Indiana on August 6, 1993. Authorities believe he was a victim of the serial killer Herbert Richard "Herb" Baumeister, who was responsible for the deaths of many young men in the Indianapolis area during the 1990s.

A search of Baumeister's eighteen-acre property turned up the burned skeletal remains of approximately eleven individuals. He was linked to the disappearance of sixteen men, but took his own life in 1996 before he could be questioned. In October 2023, Livingston was identified through DNA as being one of the remains found at the former Baumeister estate.
