Details of Disappearance

Santanello was last seen in Kingsport, Tennessee. She spent the night of June 25/26, 2023 at the Americourt Motel in the 1900 block of American Way near East Stone Drive, and the next day was seen going door to door at the motel, barefoot. Then she ran into a nearby tree line.

At 6:15 a.m. on June 27, Santanello was seen in a field next to the Americourt Motel, which also has a warehouse on the property. She appeared to have spent the night in that field. She asked a warehouse employee for a cigarette, and was last seen walking on the Greenbelt, a nearby path for walking, running and biking. She has never been heard from again.

Investigators believe Santanello met with a group of individuals after leaving the motel, and that these individuals know what happened to her. They believe she is probably deceased, but no one has been charged in her case or named as a suspect. Her case remains unsolved.
