• Medical Conditions Scott has multiple medical problems, including dementia, stage four kidney disease, insulin-dependent diabetes, seizures, damage to the white matter of his brain, and neuropathy in his legs. He needs life-sustaining medications on a daily basis.
• Distinguishing Characteristics Black male. Black hair, brown eyes. Scott has scars on both knees, a scar on his right wrist and a large surgical scar on his abdomen. He has no teeth and left his dentures behind.

Details of Disappearance

Scott was last seen in Reading, Pennsylvania on February 13, 2025. He left a family member's residence in the 900 block of Summit Chase Drive at 7:00 p.m. It was the day before his birthday, which his family had plans to celebrate. He was last seen leaving Maria's, a bar on Penn Street, at 9:00 p.m. He has never been heard from again.

Scott left behind a wife, five children and eight grandchildren. He didn't have his phone or wallet with him when he went missing, and also left his dentures. It's uncharacteristic of him to leave without warning. His case remains unsolved.
