Details of Disappearance

Rivas was last seen in the vicinity of the ice cream store at the Sunny Isles Shopping Center in Frederiksted on St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. on May 17, 2015. She has never been heard from again. She has been known to frequent the areas of the Cool Runnings Bar, Campo Rico Street, the Chris Hideaway Bar, the Walter I.M. Hodge Pavilion, and the Lagoon Complex.

Rivas's family told police they strongly suspected her ex-boyfriend was involved in her disappearance, but no one has ever been charged in her case. It remains unsolved.
