Details of Disappearance

Allen was last seen in Monteview, Idaho on June 22, 2025. He and his sister, Rachelle, disappeared from home between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. while their mother, Elizabeth Roundy, was attending Bible study class.

The siblings' older sister, Elintra, had previously gone missing from the home in January 2023, at the age of 16. A photo of her is posted with this case summary. Roundy stated at the time that she thought her daughter had run away to re-join the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (FLDS) in southern Utah. Roundy had herself been born and raised in the FLDS church and had been a member until 2020. She got full custody of her three children in 2021, but stated their father, Nephi Fischer, had fought to get them back.

Warren Jeffs, who had been an FLDS leader and is now serving a life sentence for child sexual assault, had stated he had had "revelations" that FLDS children needed to die and be resurrected as "pure beings." He and other church leaders had instructed members to retrieve their children and prepare them for the "end of times."

When Allen and Rachelle subsequently disappeared, Roundy said she thought Elintra might have been involved in their disappearances and that the children could be in Tenton, Utah, where they used to live, or to Mendon, Utah, where Roundy's sister lives. They may have traveled there in a gray Honda or Hyundai sedan with Utah license plates.

In May 2026, authorities determined Elintra, who was by then 19 years old, had gotten a driver's license in Utah. Because of this, she is no longer considered a missing person, but police would still like to speak to her. Allen and Rachelle remain listed as missing children. They may be with Elintra and other adult siblings.
