Details of Disappearance

Williams was last seen in the 25000 block of Welches Road in Welches, Oregon on October 11, 1999. After an argument with family members, at approximately 7:00 a.m., he walked away from the residence he shared with his daughter. He has never been heard from again.

Williams took a handgun and ammunition with him, but left behind his cane and wallet. Few details are available in his case.
