Details of Disappearance

Breeden was last seen paying a bill at the Culpeper Treasure’s Office in Manassas, Virginia on June 17, 2005. He was supposed to pick up his son from day care, but never arrived and has never been heard from again. He may be driving a blue four-door 1991 Cadillac de Ville with Virginia license plates.

At the time of his disappearance, Breeden owned residences on Picadilly Circle in Culpeper, Virginia; on River Road in Occuquan, Virginia; and on Jennings Street in Woodbridge, Virginia. He was involved in a fraud investigation. His case remains unsolved.
