Browning was last seen at the IHOP restaurant in the Tillman's Corner area of Mobile, Alabama on September 27, 2019. He and his common-law wife stopped at the restaurant to use the bathroom between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. When his wife came out, Browning was gone. He didn't have a vehicle at the time of his disappearance. He has never been heard from again.

It's uncharacteristic of Browning to leave without warning. He left behind five children, including infant twin sons. Few details are available in his case.
