Details of Disappearance

Todd was last seen in Scott City, Missouri on December 23, 2020. His employer had lent him a white Ford F-150 pickup truck. That day, the pickup truck was found crashed into a tree near Highway 61 and Azalea Street in Scott County, Missouri, about a mile from Todd's residence. There was no sign of Todd at the scene and it's not clear if he was driving at the time of the crash. He has never been heard from again.

Todd's mother stated he had been in a car accident about ten years befoer his disappearance and suffered from "memory loss and at times, a limited mental capacity" as a result. His case remains unsolved.
