Details of Disappearance
Mullen disappeared from Corpus Christi, Texas on December 26, 1996. Her vehicle disappeared along with her. In July 2005, the car was pulled from the Nueces River at Labonte Park in Corpus Christi. Mullen's remains were inside, but they were not positively identified until late August. Authorities have not yet determined the cause and manner of her death; it remains under investigation.
