Details of Disappearance

On April 30, 2020, Monticello told his wife he was leaving and drove away from their Fall River Mills, California residence in their motor home. The next day, his wife got a text message from him. On May 2, police saw Monticello near the Fort Crook Museum in Fall River Mills. He has not been seen since.

Monticello's motor home was found off Mountain View Drive in Burney, California; his wife retrieved it on May 5. She said he left his cellular phone behind but took his clothing and personal items. The circumstances of his disappearance are unclear.
