Mendoza was last seen in Natrona County, Wyoming on May 2, 2019. He has never been heard from again. Mendoza has ties to the Wyoming cities of Casper and Douglas, the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming, and Scipio in Millard County, Utah.  Few details are available in his case.
