  • Medical Conditions Engelhardt had been sick from unknown causes for about two weeks before he disappeared, with symptoms including loss of appetite, a stiff neck, stomach pain, headaches, muscle aches and fever. He had spent a few days inpatient at the hospital but left it on the day of his disappearance. He has struggled with drug use in the past.

Details of Disappearance

Engelhart was last known to have walked out of a hospital in the 700 block of Cypress Creek Parkway in Houston, Texas on July 17, 2025. He left his mother's home in his gray 2021 Dodge Ram, leaving his phone behind, and admitted himself to to HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest hospital to seek treatment for his illness. He could barely speak and couldn't remember is name. After only a few days at the hospital he left. He has never been heard from again. It's uncharacteristic of Engelhart to leave without warning or abandon his dogs, and due to his medical condition his family fears he may be dead.
