Details of Disappearance

Loze working at the fairgrounds in Ventura, California at the time of his disappearance in the spring of 1983. He went to the border town of Calexico, California for a passport appointment, and stayed at the Kennedy Hotel in Mexicali, across the border in Mexico. He was last seen while entering back into the U.S. at the Calexico checkpoint on May 24, 1983. He has never been heard from again.
