Details of Disappearance

Jones was last seen walking out of Newberry County Memorial Hospital in Newberry, South Carolina at 7:00 p.m. on July 24, 2016. He has never been heard from again.

On July 26, his vehicle was found abandoned, with personal belongings inside it, in the Sumter National Forest. It was on Queens Church Road, a dead-end gravel road near Interstate 26. There were no indications of a struggle or foul play at the scene. Jones's case remains unsolved.
