Details of Disappearance

Bruce disappeared from Felicity, Ohio on January 21, 2022. He has never been heard from again. In September 2022, Zachary Scott was charged with involuntary manslaughter, gross abuse of a corpse, evidence tampering and corrupting another with drugs in his presumed death. In September 2023, he pleaded guilty to abuse of a corpse and evidence tampering in a plea deal; the other charges were dropped. He was sentenced to five years in prison.

Bruce's remains were found in the 1500 block of Barger Road in Clermont County, Ohio in April 2025. They were identified in May. Authorities believe he died of drug overdose and Scott disposed of his body.
